HIIT Reps.
HIIT Reps is a Circuit style workout focusing on increasing your fitness & toning up every part of your body. In this session you will complete maximum reps and burn calories in a period of time whilst working in the 80-90% MHR zone.
Resistance bands, medicine balls and ropes are just some of the equipments pieces utilised in these sessions.
HIIT Box 45.
HIIT Box is a cardio workout that combines HIIT and boxing whilst targeting your upper body and core. You will be faced with boxing combos and short bursts of interval sprints whilst focusing on your boxing technique.
Like all of our classes there will be components of cardio and strength training in each session so be dynamic as you move through each phase of the session.
Gloves are provided but you must supply your own cotton inners. For safety purposes we highly recommend you wear hand straps to support wrists and protect hands and knuckles.
HIIT Perform.
HIIT Perform is a strength based workout to increase overall strength and to tone your glutes, arms and core. The style of workout can vary from an EMOM, AMRAP, PYRAMID or SUPERSET
Whilst the goal is to increase strength the focus is to ensure the quality of each and every rep.
Technique is to perfection to achieve maximise performance.
Strength-Up Move.

This over 55’s program is predominantly designed for individuals who are wanting to build strength, increase mobility and improve overall quality of life.
Strength training done on a regular basis can increase bone density, improve blood circulation, and reduce the risk of disease.
