HIIT.
Push your limits with our signature HIIT class designed to improve strength, fitness and endurance in a fun, supportive environment.
Expect a mix of functional strength exercises, cardio intervals and full-body conditioning that will leave you feeling stronger and more energised. Every workout is scalable, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced members.
Our coaches provide expert guidance throughout the session, ensuring you move well, train safely and get the most out of every workout.
STRENGTH.
Our Strength classes focus on developing full-body strength, improving movement quality and building confidence within 6 week training blocks. Using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and functional training equipment, each session is designed to help you become stronger, move better and reduce your risk of injury.
Every workout is coach-led with an emphasis on correct technique, progressive overload and individual progression, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters. Whether your goal is to increase strength, improve body composition, support your sport or simply feel stronger in everyday life, our coaches will help you get there.

At Last Rep Fitness, every session is built around quality coaching, a supportive community and helping you become stronger for life.
STRONG FIT.
STRONG FIT is a 45min session combining running and functional workout stations. Push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge and carry with load to build your strength and earn impressive gains in your fitness.
Each training block will be 8-12 weeks long and will end in a friendly competition for those that want to race against time and measure progression.
Everyone is welcome from beginner to advance, and if competing isn’t for you just join in on the Wednesday classes and have some fun!
FAST TRAIN.
The 30min class is a low impact endurance class combining cardio machines (Ski Erg, Rower, Bike) and strength exercises..
This class has been designed to improve your aerobic and anaerobic threshold so expect to see long tempo intervals and short sprints.
Strength-Up Move.
“It’s a fun and friendly community”.
This over 55’s program is predominantly designed for individuals who are wanting to build strength, increase mobility and improve overall quality of life.
Strength training done on a regular basis can increase bone density, improve blood circulation, and reduce the risk of disease.
You Will Have Access To:
Small group training classes of up to 10-12 people per class
One to one fitness consultation
Social Tennis on Fridays
Coffee and Tea provided
YOUTH FITNESS.
Our Youth Strength & Performance Program is designed for ages 7–15 and focuses on building strong foundations in movement, strength, and fitness. Led by experienced coaches, each session includes a mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and fun challenges — all tailored to be safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.
Whether your child wants to improve in their chosen sport, build strength, or simply move more, our program supports them to progress at their own pace. We prioritise technique, effort, and positive reinforcement, helping young athletes develop resilience, coordination, discipline, and a healthy mindset around movement.
