Classes.

HIIT.

Our HIIT classes are typically programmed in a Circuit or TABATA style workout focusing on increasing your aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

In this session you will complete maximum reps and burn calories in a set time period with a higher targeted HR zone.

STRENGTH.

Think performance not aesthetics. What’s important is what your physique can do not what it looks like.

Our strength programs are designed in 4-6 week training cycles made up of predominately compound exercises ensuring maximum adaptations. 

Whilst the goal is to increase strength the focus is to ensure the quality of movement in each and every rep.

Box.

BOX45 is a cardio workout that combines HIIT and boxing whilst targeting your upper body and core. You will go through basic boxing combinations coupled with speed and agility exercises.

Gloves and pads are provided and you must wear cotton inners. We highly recommend you wear hand straps to support wrists and protect hands and knuckles.

FAST TRAIN.

The 30min class is a low impact endurance class using only machines and calisthenic exercises..

This class has been designed to improve your aerobic threshold so expect to see long tempo intervals.

You must have your myzone device for this class. We are happy to accept any new trials without a device.

Strength-Up Move.

“It’s a fun and friendly community”.

This over 55’s program is predominantly designed for individuals who are wanting to build strength, increase mobility and improve overall quality of life.

Strength training done on a regular basis can increase bone density, improve blood circulation, and reduce the risk of disease.

You Will Have Access To:

  • Small group training classes of up to 10-12 people per class

  • One to one fitness consultation

  • Social Tennis on Fridays

  • Coffee and Tea provided
