What level of fitness do you need?

All exercises can be scaled to suit individuals strength & fitness levels. We cater from the novice to intermediate through to advance with qualified trainers that will make you feel supported in each and every session.

 

Can I trial a class?

Yes. Register your interest by sending us an email and we will contact you to book your free trial.

 

What happens if there’s bad weather?

We very rarely cancel a session, revert to the class booking system in the MyWellness app. If there is a class cancellation and you have booked into the class we will contact you.

 

Is there a maximum capacity per class?

12 per class, and our Super Saturday workouts we do allow up to 14 per class.

Can I suspend my membership?

Sure, just email us the suspension period allowing 7 days notice. Minimum freeze term is 1 week, and up to 8 weeks per year.

 

Commitment and cancellation?

Minimum term is 6 weeks, if you don’t notify us via email to end your membership we will assume you will continue training at Last Rep Fitness. If you would like to cancel we require 2 weeks notice.

 

Do I have to specify what days i’m attending if I purchase the 3 session per week membership?

No way!! Those 3 sessions can be utilised whenever you like. Plans can change we know that so we are very flexible on the days you choose to come each week. Just be mindful of the sessions that are baby friendly and are not which is in the class description when booking a class and on the timetable.
