A 2-Week Reset

If you’ve been feeling tight, run down or mentally overloaded, this is your opportunity to reset.

Strength to Stillness is a guided 2-week experience designed to help you move better, reduce stress and reconnect with your body.

Across two Sunday sessions, we’ll take you through a structured flow that combines strength training, yoga, breath work and recovery, leaving you feeling clear, balanced and recharged.

What to Expect

Each session includes:

  • 30min Moderate Strength Sessions

  • Yoga

  • Breath work

  • Recovery

    • Week 1: Ice Bath

    • Week 2: Sauna

This is not about intensity.
It’s about creating space for your body to recover properly and reset.
