Our Story.

 

Hello and welcome to Last Rep! At Last Rep Fitness we offer small group outdoor sessions and private personal training, our day sessions are exclusive to females only so our members can feel comfortable and have the option to bring bubs along. All Personal Trainers are Cert lV in Fitness and/or Pre and Post Natal qualified.

I’m Sam Cosgrove, I’m a proud mama to two young children and I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. I’ve been blessed to have worn many hats in this industry -  across coaching, personal training and club/operations management for both large sports facilities and boutique fitness studios.

Career aside, loving sports and fitness has been part of my DNA growing up. I’ve competed in representative soccer, athletics and long jump, during the athletics off season I played netball and have competed in small triathlons. When I retired from athletics and soccer I was on a mission to find a competitive sport with a sense of community. Fortunately at this time I was brave enough to try CrossFit and have never looked back! CrossFit helped me discover another dimension of training and my passion to teach expanded into group functional training. In the midst of a busy working and fitness life, I had two beautiful children - Evie and Carter.

Over the last seven years I have been completely committed to group functional training - I love the sense of support and community when you train with others, the results you gain in strength and endurance, and never are two programs the same.

 

I founded Last Rep Fitness to share my experience and knowledge to train any person that wants to get fit and live a better life both physically and mentally! I am here to help my clients identify their goals so we can work towards achieving those results in our outdoor fitness or PT sessions.

Ziandra started her fitness journey after a genetic injury which stopped her from playing netball. Since then the gym became a massive part of her life. She was introduced to CrossFit and fell in love with what it did to her mental and physical health.

Ziandra has been working in the fitness industry for 3 years, and during this time she has worked in big commercial gyms to now running her own Personal Training Business.

She has a passion and loving to the way the female body operates and wanting to make sure every female is aware on how to train safely for both themselves and baby. We are so excited to have Ziandra at Last Rep Fitness to develop the pre and post natal classes and to educate women on how to move safely.

Linda Carlson.

Linda is a Hatha Vinyasa teacher, finding her passion for Yoga during a trip to Bali when searching for an outlet from her busy corporate life. She sees teaching Yoga as her gift to make at least one person happy each day. Having completed her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training and complementing it with 50 HR Yin Yoga and Foundations of Kids Yoga, her classes are a balanced flow, combining both Yin and Yang elements. She believes that Yoga is for everyone and inspires you to cultivate a sense of curiosity, compassion and courage both on and off the mat.

Kate O’Hara.

Personal Trainer

Kate became interested in fitness 6 years ago when she discovered that exercise was the perfect outlet for managing her health but most importantly her mental well being. The gym became her place of calmness. She then discovered group training and the sense of community that it provided. She found that working out in group settings boosted her motivation and made exercise something to look forward to every day.

During lockdown she decided it was time to turn this passion into a new career in the fitness industry. As a Mum of two children she found that the physical and mental benefits that group training provided made her not only healthier but a calmer person during her day to day life. A calmer Mum (most of the time)!

She truly looks forward to sharing her knowledge and helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
