Our Story.

 

Hello and welcome to Last Rep! At Last Rep Fitness our focus is driven through our 3 pillars; Movement, Education and Connection. With this in mind we believe we can create a stronger and healthier community by providing tailored training sessions that are guided and supported by our professional and qualified trainers.

We have over 18 classes available on the timetable to provide flexibility to your week as well as private and semi private personal training sessions.

All Personal Trainers are Cert lV in Fitness and/or Pre and Post Natal qualified.

I’m Sam Cosgrove, I’m a proud mum to two young children and I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over eighteen years. I’ve been blessed to have worn many hats in this industry -  across coaching, personal training and club/operations management for both large sports facilities and boutique fitness studios.

Career aside, loving sports and fitness has been part of my DNA growing up. I’ve competed and coached representative soccer and athletics and played many seasons of social indoor and outdoor netball. When I retired from athletics and soccer I was on a mission to find something that was fun and challenging with a sense of community so my passion to teach expanded into group functional training. In the midst of a busy working and fitness life, I had two beautiful children - Evie and Carter.

Over the last four years I have been completely committed to group functional training- I love the sense of support and community when you train with others, the results you can gain, and never are two programs the same.

I founded Last Rep Fitness to share my experience and knowledge to train any person that wants to feel stronger, healthier and live a better life both physically and mentally! I am here to help my clients identify their goals so we can work towards achieving those results in our hybrid fitness studio.

Saige Soares.

Group Fitness Trainer

With a background in running HIIT sessions, martial arts coaching, representative-level Oztag, and early fitness qualifications, Saige has spent years learning how to motivate people of all ages, abilities, and confidence levels. Her style is supportive and uplifting; she’ll push you when you need it, lift you when you doubt yourself, and celebrate every step of your progress.

Her mission is simple: “guiding your fitness, mindset & transformation journey so you can feel amazing & thrive inside an out”. An active lifestyle isn’t just about the classes you take, it’s a way of living that empowers you to feel your best and live life to the fullest.

Saige is committed to guiding your transformation with energy, care, expert coaching and making sure you have plenty of fun along the way.

Lisa Andreatta.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have worked extensively across both adult corporate training and youth fitness programs. My background includes coaching within high school sports development programs, delivering boxing, cross country training, strength and conditioning, fitness classes, health education, and injury prevention awareness.

My passion for health and fitness began at a young age through my love of netball, where I went on to compete at State Metro level, alongside competing for my local surf club. Sport has always played a significant role in my life and continues to shape my approach to coaching today.

As a mother of four including two adult children and two teenagers, I understand the importance of creating positive, supportive environments where people of all ages can build confidence through movement and exercise.

My mission is to make fitness enjoyable, empowering, and accessible, while helping individuals develop a lifelong love of movement, health, and wellbeing.
