This over 55’s program is predominantly designed for individuals who are wanting to build strength, increase mobility and improve overall quality of life.
Strength training done on a regular basis can increase bone density, improve blood circulation, and reduce the risk of disease.
You Will Have Access To:
Small group training classes of up to 10-12 people per class
One to one fitness consultation
Social Tennis on Fridays
