Classes

STRONG FIT is a 45min session combining running and functional workout stations. Push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge and carry with load to build your strength and earn impressive gains in your fitness.

Each training block will be 8-12 weeks long and will end in a friendly competition for those that want to race against time and measure progression.

Everyone is welcome from beginner to advance, and if competing isn’t for you just join in on the Wednesday classes and have some fun!
