Looking for a fun and active school holiday program in Maroubra or Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs? The Last Rep Fitness Kids Fitness Camp is a half-day school holiday program designed to keep kids active, learning and having fun during the holidays.
This unique camp combines outdoor strength and fitness training, yoga and mobility, and a hands-on nutrition workshop to help kids build confidence, improve movement skills and learn healthy habits.
Led by experienced coaches at Last Rep Fitness in Maroubra, our sessions focus on making exercise fun while helping kids develop strength, coordination and teamwork.
Whether your child already plays sport or simply enjoys being active, this camp provides a supportive and energetic environment for them to move, learn and connect with others.
What Kids Will Do
Participants will rotate through a range of engaging activities designed to build both physical skills and healthy lifestyle habits.
Outdoor Strength & Fitness
Kids will take part in fun strength and conditioning sessions designed to improve coordination, agility, speed and confidence.
Yoga & Mobility
A guided session focused on stretching, mobility and recovery to support growing bodies and improve flexibility.
Nutrition Workshop
An interactive workshop where kids learn the basics of healthy nutrition, including how food fuels their body for sport, school and everyday energy. We will also go through what a typical day should look like from breakfast through to dinner.

Time: 10:30am – 2:30pm
Age Groups: 9–15 years
Spaces are limited to ensure every child receives guidance and support from our coaches.
What to Bring
Please ensure your child brings:
• Water bottle
• Sweat towel
• Activewear and trainers
• Recess and lunch
***A 20-minute recess break will be scheduled, and lunch will be eaten during the nutrition workshop. Please ensure your child has received a nutritious breakfast and a snack before attending as the fitness component of the program will be the first activity to commence on the day.

Our Youth Strength & Performance Program is designed for ages 9–15 and focuses on building strong foundations in movement, strength, and fitness. Led by experienced coaches, each session includes a mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and fun challenges — all tailored to be safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.
Whether your child wants to improve in their chosen sport, build strength, or simply move more, our program supports them to progress at their own pace. We prioritise technique, effort, and positive reinforcement, helping young athletes develop resilience, coordination, discipline, and a healthy mindset around movement.
