Classes

Our Youth Strength & Performance Program is designed for ages 9–15 and focuses on building strong foundations in movement, strength, and fitness. Led by experienced coaches, each session includes a mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and fun challenges — all tailored to be safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.

Whether your child wants to improve in their chosen sport, build strength, or simply move more, our program supports them to progress at their own pace. We prioritise technique, effort, and positive reinforcement, helping young athletes develop resilience, coordination, discipline, and a healthy mindset around movement.

At Last Rep Fitness, we’re not just building fitness — we’re shaping confidence, strength, and long-term healthy habits. Here, every rep builds a stronger future.

You Will Have Access To:

  • Small group training classes of up to 10 people per class

  • One to one fitness consultation

  • Cert 1V Personal Trainer and Level 1 Kids Fitness Coach

  • If your child has specific skills they would like to obtain from their sessions we are open to having a discussion with your child’s sports coach.
