Looking for a fun and active school holiday program in Maroubra or Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs? The Last Rep Fitness Kids Fitness Camp is a 2-day school holiday program designed to keep kids active, learning and having fun during the holidays.

This unique camp combines outdoor strength and fitness training, yoga and mobility, dance and cheerleading, and practical healthy habit education to help kids build confidence, improve movement skills and stay active during the school holidays.

Led by experienced coaches at Last Rep Fitness in Maroubra, our sessions focus on making exercise fun while helping kids develop strength, coordination, teamwork and self-confidence.

Whether your child already plays sport, enjoys dancing, or simply loves being active, this camp provides a supportive and energetic environment for them to move, learn and connect with others.

What Kids Will Do

Participants will rotate through a range of engaging activities designed to build both physical skills and healthy lifestyle habits.

Outdoor Strength & Fitness

Kids will take part in fun strength and conditioning sessions designed to improve coordination, agility, speed and confidence.

Yoga & Mobility

A guided session focused on stretching, mobility and recovery to support growing bodies and improve flexibility.

Dance & Cheerleading

Led by an experienced dance teacher, this high-energy session introduces kids to fun dance and cheerleading movements designed to build confidence, coordination, rhythm and teamwork in an encouraging environment.

Healthy Habits Workshop

Our coaches will guide participants through a practical and interactive session focused on understanding sugar intake and healthy drink choices.

Using visual demonstrations such as measuring the amount of sugar found in sports drinks and soft drinks, kids will learn how everyday choices can impact energy, health and performance.

We will also discuss simple healthy habits and what a balanced day of eating can look like from breakfast through to dinner.

Dates: 15th & 16th July

Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Age Group: 7–13 years

Spaces are limited to ensure every child receives guidance and support from our coaches.

What to Bring

Please ensure your child brings:

• Water bottle
• Sweat towel
• Activewear and trainers
• Recess, lunch and a health snack

Please ensure your child has received a nutritious breakfast and a snack before attending, as the fitness component of the program will be the first activity to commence each day.

YOUTH FITNESS.

Our Youth Strength & Performance Program is designed for ages 7–15 and focuses on building strong foundations in movement, strength, and fitness. Led by experienced coaches, each session includes a mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and fun challenges — all tailored to be safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.

Whether your child wants to improve in their chosen sport, build strength, or simply move more, our program supports them to progress at their own pace. We prioritise technique, effort, and positive reinforcement, helping young athletes develop resilience, coordination, discipline, and a healthy mindset around movement.

At Last Rep Fitness, we’re not just building fitness — we’re shaping confidence, strength, and long-term healthy habits. Here, every rep builds a stronger future.

You Will Have Access To:

  • Cert 1V Personal Trainer and Level 1 Kids Fitness Coach
